CHETHAN BACHAMADA CEO
Chethan Bachamada is the CEO of Masterworks Electronics. Mr. Bachamada has extensive experience in the EMS industry spanning over two decades, primarily at Jabil, where he ascended through various leadership positions, commencing as an Industrial Engineer and progressing to roles in Program Management and Business Development functions.
Throughout his tenure at Jabil, Mr. Bachamada demonstrated a strategic vision geared towards achieving growth, operational excellence, and financial stability. This experience honed his leadership skills and equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the EMS industry.
Prior to joining Masterworks Electronics as CEO, Mr. Bachamada held the position of Vice President at Unigen Corporation, another player in the EMS sector and prior to it, he served as the Vice President of Operations at Pavilion Data Systems, a data storage startup based in Silicon Valley.
BILL COSGROVE CFO
Bill Cosgrove is the Chief Financial Officer for Masterwork Electronics. Mr. Cosgrove has extensive experience with financial management and guiding the direction of manufacturing and technology companies.
During his career, Mr. Cosgrove has developed his financial leadership, enabling profitable growth, operational excellence and a customer focus.
Prior to joining Masterwork Electronics as CFO, Mr. Cosgrove held the position as Head of Finance for Uniden, a manufacturer of consumer electronics. He has also had senior leadership positions at Infinite Blue and 6Connex.

Aurelio Leal is the General Manager of Masterworks Electronics. Mr. Leal has over 31 years of experience in the manufacturing industry with a progressive track record of success in different roles in Operations, Program Management and Supply Chain. He has extensive understanding of manufacturing environment and the correlation with all the other areas performance of an organization.
Mr. Leal delivers strong and sustainable improvements in efficiency, productivity and reliability through technical innovations, process improvements, and creation of integrated results-oriented manufacturing environments.
Before taking on the challenge as General Manager at Masterwork Electronics, he served as Supply Chain Director for two years at Masterworks. And prior to this, Mr. Leal served as Director of Operations of Reconext/Teleplan for 22 years, a company that offers after-sales solutions to optimize the value of returned electronic devices with 22 sites worldwide.
