BHAWNESH MATHUR CEO
Bhawnesh Mathur is the President and CEO of Masterwork Electronics. Mr. Mathur has developed several new markets and solutions in multiple companies by understanding, and then delivering technology solutions to customers. He has the unique perspective of having worked in Product Development and Manufacturing, IT and Supply Chain and at key EMS companies. He is focused on understanding and solving every customer’s unique needs by partnering with best-in-class industry partners and solving the most difficult problems for customers.
Prior to joining Masterwork Electronics as CEO, Mr. Mathur was CEO of Creation Technologies and EPIC Technologies. All of these companies have been and are still currently successful and growing in the EMS industry. He was the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Sanmina and Arrow Electronics. Prior to this, he worked at IBM as a product developer, Plant Manager and in IBM Global Services.
He has been on the Board of IPC – the industry’s professional organization, and a President and Chairman of TiE Denver. He is a past Chair and in on the Board of Advisors of UCSD’s Institute for Supply Chain Excellence and Innovation (ISEI). He is on the Board of three Start-ups and provides executive and volunteer to several organizations that help young entrepreneurs and with Cancer care.
ROBERTO MONTERO CFO
Roberto Monteros is the Chief Financial officer of Masterwork electronics. Mr. Monteros has over 28 years of experience in the manufacturing industry having been in different roles in Finance and supply chain. He has extensive understanding of the production floor environment and its correlation with the financial performance of an organization with a strong bicultural (Mexico-USA) focus.
Prior to joining Masterwork Electronics as a CFO, Mr. Monteros was the Executive Vice President of Finance/North America for Inalfa Roof Systems Inc. and Grupo Antolin North America Inc., both companies being Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive industry with multiple locations in the North America region. Before that Mr. Monteros held different managerial positions in Lear Corporation and Benteler in Mexico.
Mr. Monteros educational background consist of a BS Accounting with focus on Taxation by Universidad de Hermosillo in Mexico.

As Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Masterwork, Inc., Mr. Conway is focused on ensuring the long-term growth and profitability of the company, while working closely with our customers to deliver full lifecycle solutions that enhance their own market competitiveness and strategic growth.
Mr. Conway is a seasoned global business executive, growth strategist, and trusted business partner to leadership teams, with more than 25 years in the electronic manufacturing services (EMS) industry developing strategy, customized solutions and value propositions that deliver superior value in private, public, and PE-backed settings. Prior to joining Masterwork, he served as the VP, Business Development at Applied Technical Services, as well as the EVP, Global Sales & Marketing at Creation Technologies, where he helped lead the effort which resulted in 40%+ revenue growth during his tenure. Prior to that, Mr. Conway spent twenty (20) years working for Tier 1 Industry leading EMS companies Solectron & Flextronics, in a series of senior customer-facing leadership positions including Vice President of Business Development for both the Integrated Network Solutions (INS) and Industrial & Emerging Industries (IEI) Business Segments at Flextronics, as well as the Senior Segment Executive leading the $1B/Annum Sun Microsystems business at Solectron.
Mr. Conway’s educational background includes a B.S. Business from the University of Notre Dame; an MBA from the University of San Franciso, and completion of the Executive Leadership Development Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Juan Jose Herran is the Vice President of Operations and General Manager of Masterwork Electronics. Mr. Herran has over 30 years of experience in the Electronics and Contract Manufacturing industry having been in different roles. Mr. Herran is a results-focused executive with proven energy, and capability leading: automotive, PCBA and Plastics manufacturing for EMS and OEM companies. Mr. Herran is an award winning and highly knowledgeable – respected plant operations executive, credited with solid results by combining experience in operations, business development, project management, customer service, quality focus and engineering management for complex PCBA, plastics, metal and systems integration manufacturing. Strong growth delivered in top and bottom line for multinational companies in their Mexican operations. Solid expertise driving start-ups of new projects, new plants, new production lines set up. Forming high performance, strong, collaborative teams for sustainable operations, with a strong bicultural (Mexico-USA) focus.
Prior joining Masterwork Electronics as a VP of Operations, Mr. Herran was the General Manager of Integrated Micro-Electronics, company part of Ayala-Industrial out of Philippines, tasked to grow their Mexican operations and businesses, prior to that spend 11 years in several positions, General/Plant Manager, Director of Program Management, etc., for companies as: Flextronics Guadalajara; 4 years in Celestica of Monterrey and nearly 10 years for General Motors Co., in the Electronics Components Division for their USA and Reynosa, Mexico Operations.
Mr. Harran’s educational background consist of a Master in Science with Industrial Engineering Major from Texas A&M University Kingsville, TX.: a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering with System Automation Major, CETI Guadalajara, MEX.; Technologist in Electronics with Telecommunications major, CETI Guadalajara, MEX.
